This course will teach users how to build an IT Helpdesk application. The premise of this app is to have users log in, assign tickets to IT, and review their own tickets. IT members will log in and close tickets submitted by users. Finally, the admin level user will see a holistic view of all the tickets, their status, and who the tickets are being handled by. Lastly, admin-level users will be able to run reports using charts to hone in on metrics.
